Komax represents more than 15 international brands such as Gap, The North Face, Banana Republic, Polo Ralph Lauren, Timberland. Within its omnichannel growth strategy, Komax decided to increase the number of online stores and add omnichannel capabilities such as express shipping, Buy-Online-Pickup-In-Store (BOPIS), Ship-to-Store, and Ship-from-Store, to improve the customer experience and increase sales. As a result, they migrated from their open source platform Spree Commerce to Magento Commerce 2 with Grupo Formax, Certified Magento Implementation Partner, as their technology partner.

The implementation was in record time: We implemented 17 online stores on a multi-site e-commerce platform in just 14 months. In addition, we connected the platform to our Logistics Orchestrator Omnix, which orchestrates unforeseen events and ensures operational continuity, as an integrator of its omni-channel strategy.

Results? Explosive sales. Komax achieved a 15% increase in sales, a 0.5% increase in conversion (from 0.7% to 1.2%), 20% of BOPIS shipments at nine of the sites, and a 72% revenue growth on Cyber ​​Monday.
