The largest music retailer in Latin America managed to have the best Cyber Day in the history of the company and an increase of 20% in conversions, due to the agile implementation of a robust omnichannel ecommerce store.
In 2018, Audiomusica, with 30 years of operation, representing more than 80 brands and with a 60% share of the Chilean market, experienced a difficult time during Cyber Day. This forced the company to make several changes, one of them, its e-commerce store. They migrated to Magento Commerce Cloud, with Grupo Formax as a Certified Magento Implementation Partner.
We started Audiomusica´s ecommerce implementation project being only a month away from 2019´s Cyber Day. With an agile approach, we managed to activate the site in record time ready for the Cyber event and achieved the best Cyber Day in the history of the company. Within months, Audiomusica had achieved a 20% increase in conversion, a 30% reduction in the rebound rate and a 45% growth in sales.
